I've never found an actual piece of a toy in the backyard like that missing lettuce piece, but finding poo-shaped toy stuffing is a normal occurance!
Our Mom & Dad have found lots of stuff in the backyard. Newspaper, string, shoelaces, and lots and lots of toy stuffing! And probably some other stuff that we are forgetting too!
