Weekend Update

It was pretty rainy all weekend, so Gidget and I had to keep ourselves entertained indoors. And boy, did we ever! We played and chased each other around all weekend. We were acting like puppies again. It might have had something to do with all the spring cleaning Mom & Dad were doing. The vacuum cleaner always seems to get us into an extra feisty mood.

But what was really weird about our weekend was that Gidget was the one who was instigating most of the roughhousing. She kept getting right up in my face and saying "c'mon big boy, you want some of this"? So of course I had to wack her with my paw and make her chase me around. It was great fun! At least until Mom & Dad started yelling at me for playing too rough. It wasn't my fault though, SHE started it! But did they listen? Of course not! Poor innocent Gidget NEVER gets in trouble, just big, bad, troublemaker Duke. Life is so unfair I tell you! Grrrrr.....Oh well, at least it was fun. Hopefully we'll have some video to post later, but right now I just need to get my strength back so I can knock that smug look off my dumb sisters face. You'll get yours Gidgey....hehehehehe
